The primary service offering of Grimberg Communications is Investor Relations and includes getting your business IPO ready and handling communications in connection with the transaction.
The focal point of my communications consultancy is to strengthen the financial brand and to offer advisory support for a wide range of strategic and operational tasks: from the preparation of annual and interim reports, company announcements and investor presentations to support for the IR strategy, optimal ownership structure, corporate governance and the execution of general meetings.
Over the years, I have worked with more than 60 different companies – listed as well as unlisted enterprises.
